Born in Brazil and raised in Miami, Guy Fernandes is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English. This has crafted his global perspective of real estate. A top 5% graduate of Florida State University with a B.S. in Business Administration (Real Estate), Guy also competed as a Division 1 swimmer, honing the discipline and edge that define his approach today.
